Hello everyone, I have an issue logging in to my account on the Blynk app on my iOS device, as well as on my Windows laptop.
The error is : “Either email or password is incorrect. Please double-check and try again.”
However, both are 100% correct. I tried resetting the password but didn’t receive any email and I checked spam and junk folders.
Hey I got the same erroe since yesterday. Then try to create another account with same email just to test it, then it works. seems like my previous account with all of its data got deleted. but why?
When did you last log in to your account?
What type of subscription do you have?
Are you using a VPN, or trying to log in from a different country to where you originally created your account?
Which regional server is your newly created account on?

I tried to login, it didnt let me. then I signup with same email to check if my account is really got removed, and I realized yes it got removed.
My last login was around 5months ago. Last week I wanted to reactivate the project I was stopped a few months ago and for start, I tried to login in blynk but it didnt let me in anymore.
I had premium account but last month I deactivate my subscription.
and yes 9 months ago I gave my account to someone in india to create an app in blynk for me and then I change the password and I guess he doesn’t have access to it anymore.
I created my account in Germany Frankfurt.
I really want to recover my data. dont understand why you remove my account without noticing me. I still have some days left before you delete my account.
I had premium account for 8 months and paid you guys 9euro each month, as soon as I canceled my subscription you removed my account with all the datas. This is not fair and I will write negative review in all the plateform I have.
You had before MAKER subscription. The marketing team has previously created more than one post describing that the MAKER plan is not available to new users. We continue to support existing users further, but if the user cancels the MAKER plan themselves, they will no longer have the opportunity to return.
You had an iOS mobile subscription. Mobile subscriptions are managed by you in your App Store accounts and do not depend on Blynk applications.
The account was probably deleted due to inactivity in the account during last 6 months.
We always ask users to use accounts (log in to the platform at least once within 6 months), and also not to lose passwords and not to share passwords with others users. There are also many posts on this topic on the forum.
@asdesz1 We do not delete anyone. The system deletes automatically. If the user has not logged into the account for 6 months, he receives a letter. You received a letter with a notification of inactivity and a warning of 7 days. If the user does not log into the account within these seven days, the system automatically deletes the account.
If the system has already automatically deleted the account due to inactivity, then it is no longer possible to restore it. Sorry, we can no longer help in this situation.
I think it’s not difficult to log into account at least once every 6 months.
