Heads up - we’ve just updated our plan details regarding the number of users included in the Free and Maker plans. This is only relevant for the new users.
Rest assured, your current plan will stay the same as long as you keep it. In case of any change - downgrade, upgrade or cancellation - new limits will apply.
Thank you for being part of our community. Stay tuned for more updates!
hey, I have a question.
I am currentley using the free plan with 2 devises.
I would like to change to the free plan with 10 devices.
I understand this plan has other limitations, but this is oke.
how can I change this?
Please clarify, I currently have a Maker tariff plan with annual payment. Do I understand correctly that this plan will remain with me if there is money in the account on the payment date?
I tried to renew my subscription today, which ends in December, but the system did not allow it. Do I just need to have money on the linked card for automatic debiting and the tariff plan will be renewed?
Is it possible to make a payment now so that it will definitely be renewed in December?
See this - last response at end of thread by MariaShin:
They notify you and try a number of times to get your payment processed. Lots of opportunities to use an alternate payment source if needed? I strongly suspect their automated payment system isn’t setup for advanced payments - hopefully Blynk will confirm?
I would like to request that you consider bringing back the Maker plan.
I was a subscriber for a year, using it for my DIY projects, and I found it both affordable and perfectly suited for my small-scale needs.
Unfortunately, due to a credit card renewal issue, I had to pause my subscription in October. When I returned this month, I was disappointed to see that the Maker plan was no longer available. The Pro plan’s pricing is too high for my projects, and while the free plan doesn’t meet my needs.
I understand that I may be a small customer, but I believe many DIY enthusiasts like myself contribute to Blynk’s community. Retaining this customer group could foster continued loyalty and support for your platform.
I hope you can bring back the Maker plan or offer a similar option soon.
