Transfer Ownership Fails

This is a different scenario, but I wonder if the two are related in some way…

Owner transfer

Transferred owner for a device to new user but will not login from phone now as the new user. can access from webpage and a phone that is admin on main account only. login just says connecting and just sits on that. tried two other phones all the same. is the phone access locked out for some reason. when you try to signup button it says couldn’t connect to server yet the internet on the phone is working ok
