Transferred owner for a device to new user but will not login from phone now as the new user. can access from webpage and a phone that is admin on main account only.
login just says connecting and just sits on that. tried two other phones all the same.
is the phone access locked out for some reason.
when you try to signup button it says couldn’t connect to server yet the internet on the phone is working ok

Can you explain in more detail what you meant. Are you changing the owner of a device or transferring some user - owner of some device?
found out what the problem is
when it did the transfer as a new owner of a device from the web console.
It sent a email saying it had been transferred to new owner. thats fine.
The problem is it must of updated the software which is now not compatable with the phone version of blynk on one of my phones.
It was running on a samsung s5 and a old blynk app.
I see minimum system for blynk is now samsung 6 on the playstore.
this is why it runs on one of the newer phones.
well tried it on a samsung galaxy7 and it does the same want login or signup.
i installed a new copy of the app from the app store on the phone.
So don’t know whats wrong then if its a new copy of the app and want even go to the signup screen. keeps saying something went wrong.
i Have now tried on a new android tablet getting the same at login problem now saying something went wrong connecting to the server.
this is on three phones as well.
Its ok to login at web console.

tried on a friends phone they down loaded the app from the play store want signup or login same as all my phones
