Transfer Ownership Fails

My wife is no longer able to have access to desired devices.

When transferring ownership of another device, it errs out as shown. I have the Maker plan and she is on the free plan. It has worked in the past.

transfer to another user

Her email is correct, and not pending. She is currently a user and I’m the administrator. Now what?

Thanks in advance

@Oleksii-QA could you please check what could be the reason? Thanks!

This is a different scenario, but I wonder if the two are related in some way…

Hello @jacko. You are not allowed to transfer to that user error is displayed if transfer ownership to user from another organization.

Transfer is only possible in the current organization. Please double check correct your wife email in your org, where you are the administrator.

I checked the both the organization is the same and the email is correct.

Note that the second screenshot shows her a user and she currently has ownership of 1 device (Garage).

Thanks for investigating this issue.

As I said, transfer is only possible in the current organization. Maybe your wife has several accs in servers with same email.

So I’m confused with your reply. What servers are you referring to? And if you mean Blynk servers, how would she have multiple accounts?

Problem resolved - I did a “Force Log Out” from the user page.

Then transferred ownership and it worked as expected. Logged back in and devices show up as expected.

Thanks for your assistance!

Jacko

@nzuser you already have a topic about this issue, so please don’t jump on someone else’s topic and start a second discussion about your issue.

Having read your last three of four posts in that other topic, I have to say that I couldn’t understand the detail of the issue you were describing, because your description of the steps you’d taken was very poor.

You also need to figure-out how to take proper screenshots, as opposed to taking photos of your screen.
