The user can't see any devices on the Plus subscription

I am having the same issue…Please Fix it…

It’s now June 2024, and I have the same problem. I’m a plus customer and my three users can’t see the device (I only have one right now). I keep reading that this is going to be fixed, but so far I can’t find anywhere that says it has. Very frustrating, as we use the app to monitor our water (fire) tanks at the cottage.

It’s not a case of “fixing” this, Blynk has since changed their approach to user management and permissions.

With the Free and Maker (Plus) subscriptions, you need to transfer device ownership to a user if you want them to be able to see/control it.
As the account owner & admin you can still see/control all devices, so the device owner and the account owner can share access to a device.

Because a device can have only one owner, you’d probably need to create a generic user whose login details are used by two members of your family.

If you want more control over user permissions, and have devices accessible to multiple users without the need to share a login then you’ll need to upgrade to the PRO plan
