[SOLVED] Using DNS for local server

When logging on in the app, to use a local server I must enter the IP address. However I do not have a static IP address. One option I have found to overcome this is to use No-IP. Is it possible to enter a DNS name in the login screen instead of an IP address?

Yes, you can do that. I use a custom DNS too, works fine!

Duckdns is a free DNS service. It’s easy to install and available for most popular OS platforms.
You never worry about your WAN IP address anymore.
