Retrieve account energy

Hi,

Is it possible to retrieve my energy which i bought in jan 17?
I have not use account for a while, and it looks like account was deleted.
So i create new account, same e-mail (zzz@list.ru), it works now.
But my purchase was not retrieved.

Order number: GPA.1361-6958-6589-87116, 04.01.2017

Hello,
I am facing the same problem and even my account doesn’t exist now, I tried to use the same email (brijesh.ku.mishra@gmail.com) to create a new account to get the energies back but no luck. Please help.
