Raspberry pi with Blynk (Code questions)

I’m trying to send a sensor data to the blynk app in LCD wedget. And also message alert to my mobile phone. Can anyone please tell me how to write a code for this in c language.

How to write a program for reading a flex sensor value. And based upon the value of that flex sensor my Blynk LED’s should change like Green Yellow Red.
Can you please help me for that.
