Yes, if you stop posting screenshots, and change your serial monitor baud rate to match the serial baud rate you use in your Serial.begin command.

Well, if you’re trying to follow this tutorial then amend the code to work with Blynk IoT it would make sense to use the type of board that is suggested in the tutorial - a NodeMCU or Wemos D1 Mini.
