Provisioning no longer pulling up lists all SSID's

When I go to reconfigure a working Device to change its Wi-Fi, or a newly programed chip it only pulls up the last SSID I’ve use, I no longer geta list of all available SSID.

Several comments:

  1. App does not show automatically ssid list if user has saved ssid-psw
  2. To open ssid list - there is a button in the right of ssid name edit field

Need more details. Do you use Android or iOS ? What app version ?
Please describe in detail what is not working for you and under what conditions.
