Hello @asdesz1. Your situation seems specific.
- You had before MAKER subscription. The marketing team has previously created more than one post describing that the MAKER plan is not available to new users. We continue to support existing users further, but if the user cancels the MAKER plan themselves, they will no longer have the opportunity to return.
- You had an iOS mobile subscription. Mobile subscriptions are managed by you in your App Store accounts and do not depend on Blynk applications.
- The account was probably deleted due to inactivity in the account during last 6 months.
We always ask users to use accounts (log in to the platform at least once within 6 months), and also not to lose passwords and not to share passwords with others users. There are also many posts on this topic on the forum.
