OTA update for MKR1010 + ethernet

Is anyway to get Blynk OTA working for MKR1010 + MKR Ethernet Shield?

Currently, OTA can only work over WiFi.

Is it just Embedded source code to be changed Or bootloader and cloud as well?

I’ve never tried it but I guess you can use ArduinoOTA library to update the firmware over ethernet.
