I can't control the ESP32 from the website Blynk.cloud

after setting up Datastreams, Web Dashboard and once my ESP32 connected to wifi. I can’t control my device from the cloud but I manage to control it from my smartphone once Blynk is installed

  1. What browser you use.
  2. What sketch you use.
  3. What datastream type.
  4. What widgets.
  5. You also need screenshots, or preferably a video recording.

Make sure you are on the Device Dashboard to control the device - not on the Template Dashboard.
