i am subscribed on plus plan, as i know i will get 3 months Historical Data on my account. But on the graph its look like only 3 days. Btw my device was created and online about a week ago. I generated the report also and only get last 2 days data. On dashboard also lagging if i use 6hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and custom range feature on graph. thanks.
Hello. You need to change your web graph settings to show “AVG” and not “RAW_DATA”.
UI currently has a limitation for 100k points per datastream. If you use “RAW_DATA” selection every point you send is returned to the UI and looks like in your case it’s more than 100k points per 2 days. So you see the “truncated” data.
“AVG” returns average single data point per minute.
ok, noted it. Btw there is a way to auto generate report by time like old blynk? i was set my old blynk for send report at 00:00 AM everyday. Thanks
