Cannot connect to local server on Raspberry Pi2

I have Raspberry Pi2 with Raspbian Stretch where I installed Blynk Server 0.32.1.
I start the server:
java -jar /home/pi/Blynk/server-0.32.1-java8.jar -dataFolder /home/pi/Blynk/
and it shows:

Blynk Server 0.32.1-SNAPSHOT successfully started.
All server output is stored in folder '/home/pi/Blynk/logs' file.
Your Admin login email is admin@blynk.cc
Your Admin password is admin

On my iPhone 6S iOS 11.2.2, I installed Blynk application version 2.18.0. In the application I clicked on Create New Account, selected Custom server, specified IP address of my Raspberry Pi and port number 8443, specified my e-mail and password. The creation failed with a message complaining about network connection, although the Blynk log shows a connection and an error about message format:

9443 is for administrator connection. Does the iPhone application need to connect as administrator?
What’s the purpose of 8443 port?

Upcoming Android 2.18.0 update (IMPORTANT for local server owners)
