Blynk 2.0 How to make access to notifications for the User?

Well, you’ve deviated from the instructions…

by not removing Device Owner from your event…

Not sure if there are other areas where you’ve deviated too?

Pete.

In fact, I just print to show you that only the Device Owner shows on that field. It was removed since I read the first note from Pavel.

What is more surprising is that It worked later this year. I removed this event a couple of weeks ago, and now stopped.

Hello there. Just posting this so other users don´t make the same mistake as I did.

When creating an new event you have to insert a NAME - and the EVENT CODE field start copying what you write in the name with one litle difference that changes ALL. It copies using LOWER cases, so if you put a name and use any upper case, it will change to lower case.

In the event that the NAME and the EVENT CODE are the same and you dont pay attention to this, the event will never work because it will be different from what you coded on the device.

It will be better that this field dont start filling automatically.

Anyway, the problem was solved with the right spelling.

thanks,

I disagree, it simplifies things and is consistent with the way that datastream aliases auto-populate.

Anyone struggling with basic Event/Notification issues would do well to read this…

Pete.
