Hi @BlynkAndroidDev,
No luck at the moment… it does nothing… just “Buffering…” No matter if the option “Force TCP Transport” is “On” or “Off”.
I have removed the widget and placed it again, just in case…
Could you please be so kind to remind me the way to send you the logs?
It got worse too .
Blynk crash at start since I tried to look at my video streaming.
“Buffering …” and crash
I’ve to clear data application to restart blynk app.
Android 6
Blynk beta tester.
Have you tried this url in VLC or some other program to ensure it works?
I’ve seen a similar rtsp stream url like that but in this format…
rtsp://ipaddress:554/user=admin_password=123456_channel=1_stream=0.sdp?real_stream
We are moving from vlc library, as I see a lot of strange crashes or anr due to its use (maybe it is not a case for your device, but they are quiet frequent for the users of video widget). That’s why we are switching to google exoplayer, which now have rtsp support.
I’ve uploaded a build with some tweaks and fixes on the base of received logs: added larger timeouts for network connections, better error texts for unauthorized exception. Please send logs from your devices, so I can see the cause of errors in case of not working streams.
I see some discontinuity notices in the log - I will check what can be done. In any case in several hours there should be a new build available with some tweaks, please check it too.
iSpy agent, yes !
rstp://IPadress:554/11
I don’t know why , no password , no ID are required .
Maybe it’s because I use local network
rstp://user:pass@IPadress:554/11
That’s works well with VLC !!!
Now , blynk app does’t crash , but never stop buffering …
