We use TCP/IP for connection. The average size of 1 packet is ~14bytes.

Hi. Reading the thread once again, I understand your problem.Unfortunately this scenario won’t work right now, as the App uses SSL connection to the server.So it will never connect (Arduino for ESP has only TCP server as of writing).
just to be clear, the app uses SSL connection while arduino sketch uses TCP to connect to cloud?

Correct. But in case of USB connection hardware connected over SSL also.
