Why cant open download my csv file in email?

Hi,i have data in superchart i export csv but cant open it in my email.May I know is there anything I should download to open it?

They’re normally .gz compressed files, so you’ll need something that can “unzip” them.

    this what i got from google when i searched.Is it recommended?

The zArchiver app is a good choice.

it didnt work.Actually i cant even download the file from my email

It’s not an email attachment, it’s a hyperlink

When you click it a browser window should open, and depending on which default browser you use and your security settings, it should either download and appear at the bottom of the browser screen, or prompt you about what to do.
