What is a HeartBeat Timeout?

Hello, I have a LinkIt one board that im trying to use but it keeps giving me a heartbeat timeout on the example sketch.

Blynk looks for a signal (heart beat) that the hardware is connected, if it’s not it resets.

How is your ping so long?

I don’t know how my ping is so long, on my esp and arduino it’s less then 100ms. Could it be the linkit one?

my MAX ping Millis is around 100ms so how much is it for HeartBeat?
