Unable to change email address in profile

I’m logging in with an email address that I will not have in two days. How to I update the email address in my profile. Is this something that has to be done on the back end?

Hello @cunla. If you are an administrator of this organization, this cannot be done.

It is possible to invite a user with the admin role, but this is only on the PRO plan. That is, you could invite yourself and use a new email. But as I already said, this is only possible on a pro plan

Not pro plan. I am administrator of organization. Not good my friend. It looks like this has been a problem since 2019

It’s not a problem. We currently do not have a function to change email. Why not, I don’t know.

Possible steps for your situation:

  1. Create some new email or use some existing.
  2. Invite new user with role admin with this email to your Blynk organization.
  3. Login to this new acc, turn on dev mod.
  4. If need, you can transfer your devices to new user (old owner → new acc)
  5. Then please write me.
