When I choose a time for the timer, it displays in the settings menu one hour earlier. When I start the app again, the widget displays the good time again.
I have the newest iOS version with the newest local server.

Seems like a bug - the settings screen shifts to your timezone offset. Will fix this. Thanks for the report.
The issue is fixed in upcoming 2.8.1 update.
