The application stopped working and the connection with all devices was lost for 3 hours

Today at 3 a.m. (Kyiv time) the application stopped working (it was impossible to open it, screenshot below) and apparently the server lost connection with all devices. Number of devices - 7 pcs.
At 6 a.m. the connection was restored.
Judging by the analysis of the change in the data value on the graphs in the application, the connection with all devices was lost at the same time and then restored at the same time. That is, all devices that are in different localities and far from each other, simultaneously lost connection with the server and then simultaneously restored the connection.

But there is another factor that worries me more than the loss of connection. According to indirect signs, it seems that all devices during this period of time stopped performing their functions, that is, everything turned off. This is possible only if zero values were sent from the server to all devices through all data streams.

What are the possible reasons for what happened? Perhaps some work was done on the servers…
Such “surprises” affect the operation of the equipment and are extremely undesirable…

Hello, there was no server maintenance these days, and we didn’t get any monitoring alerts, no CPU/memory/network anomalies, nothing.

What connections type does your hardware has? Do you have some timers inside firmware?

Wi-Fi connection (ESP 32).
Of course, there are timers (various delays (no delay() ), controllers perform different functions).
All these devices have been working 24/7 for two or three years, nothing like this has ever happened.
I would have assumed problems with the Internet, but all the devices turned off at the same time, and they are located in different localities.
In addition, there was Internet on the phone (other applications opened), but the Blynk application did not open.
