Template limit reached help

I have no template on the web and mobile app but it say template limit reached. Before this i got 1 template for both and i tried to create a new one, same issue then i deleted it but it still the same. Can anyone help me? I got free user account

Hello @sziqri. Need Blynk IoT app version and your login email to acc.

@sziqri I’ve increased your privileges on the forum so that you can now send PMs.

Click on @Oleksii-QA’s avatar and choose “Message” then message him with the email address that you use to log in to Blynk, along with details of the Blynk app version you have installed on your phone.
