Subscription Renewal Not Reflected in Blynk App

Hello Blynk community,

I recently renewed my Blynk subscription through Google Play on my Android device. However, after completing the renewal, the app does not seem to reflect the updated subscription status. I initially used the free trial, which worked fine, but now I’m experiencing this issue with the renewal.

I’ve already tried restarting the app, checking my subscription status in Google Play, and forcing a sync between Google Play and the Blynk app, but the problem persists. I’m also using the latest version of the Blynk app available on the Google Play Store.

Could someone please assist me with resolving this issue?

Can’t help personally, but the people who can help might wnat you to clarify what you mean in the above statement.

Are you saying that you previously upgrade fr9m the Free plan to a paid subscription?
If so, was this the Maker of Pro subscription?
When you upgraded was this a single month or annual subscription?

You’ve used teg word “Renewal”. Does this mean that you wanted to Renee this upgraded subscription for another month or another year, or does it mean something else?

Also, it’s always good to quote the actual app version number (available in the About section of the app) rather than saying “the latest”.

I initially signed up for the Maker Pack per month subscription, which came with a 14-day trial.

For the past 21 days, I’ve enjoyed uninterrupted access to the Maker Pack features without any issues. However, today, I proceeded to make a payment for the subscription via Google Pay.

To clarify, I opted for the monthly subscription plan.

The app version I’m currently using is 1.18.0 (188).

Despite completing the payment, the app does not reflect the updated subscription status, and I’m unable to access the premium features.
