Subscription Error

Hello, I have a problem with my Blynk Plus subscription.

I have been subscribed to Blynk Plus since last year. This month, my payment was declined due to a payment method problem on the Google Play Store. Then I updated my payment method and was immediately charged for the subscription. However, my Blynk Plus feature is still unavailable. I have tried to reinstall and refresh the app, but nothing has changed. I have sent an email to hello@blynk.cc but still haven’t gotten any replies. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

What version of the app are you using on Android?

@WhiskeyZulu What day was the money debited? And the withdrawal time?

And also do you have mail from google play about the payment subscription?

The card was charged on april 26th.and yes I have the confirmation mail from google play store
