I have already use ESP8266 to connect WIFI

But my cell phone always can’t use it

It can use before.
But it can’t operate suddenly.

You are using old Blynk library. You need to update to latest one - https://github.com/blynkkk/blynk-library/releases/tag/v0.3.7
