[SOLVED] Particle Photon projects locks/stopps Blynk on Android

Suddely I can not start my Blynk application with Particle Photon projects, it randomly crashes on startup. I have tried to reinstall Blynk but the behavior is the same. Also created a new account but as soon as I add Photon as platform it crashes.

If i create a new accont with another platform, like Arduino it seems to work fine. Any other reports on this issue or is it me? I started this Friday before that it has been working super fine…

What exactly crashes? Android application? What version of app do you use and what device? Please provide detailed steps.

Android 5.0.2 on HTC One. I only get a black screen or the “flying green dots” when trying to launch Blynk and a message Blynk has been stopped after 10-30 seconds.

I have tried two different Blynk accounts but as soon as I “attach” a Particle Photon I get this problem…

Can I give you any more information? Just let me know what you need and I will try to dig it out!

What Blynk application version do you have?

I have Blynk ver. 1.0 RC13_fix

Please provide me with your login name, so I could check your logs.

Great but my login name is the same as my “good” email adress and I am not so sure it is a splendid idea for me to post it in a public forum… how could I share it privately, please suggest

You can send private message here.

Ok, I hope this is private now login name on one of the crashing accounts are j****

@Duke Hm… Could you please take latest Blynk App and check if crashes reproduced? We made a lot of fixes it may help. Please let me know about results.
