[SOLVED] Energy pack balance

Hi,
(I’m sorry about my English, it’s not my primary language).

I install the app after restoring my iPhone and after that
All the projects and energy balance is lose.

My energy pack that I collect in the past was around 9000 packs.
Also, In the pervious year I purchase 5000 energy pack with my apple account
No I have 0 energy

Please let me know how it’s possible to recover the energy pack and The projects.
