I created a few days ago a new account (g.xxx) to work with local server. But I had always problem with the log in and now I’m not able to log in at all. I changed the password and confirmed the new one thru the “Forgot password” process but I still cannot log in. Can you help me, please ?
Hello. Do you use iOS or Android? Latest version? What message do you see when you can’t login? Do you see some errors on local server? What server version do you use?
I use iOS. Anything updated to the last version. Message is “Incorrect email or password. Try again”.
I don’t have settled yet the local server. Just beginning …
So, I clicked on “Forgot password” to reset password and received the email to xxx (this means that the email is correct). On the email I clicked on “Reset now” and on the browser page I put and confirmed a new password (the web page after the send command remain in a dead state, is it normal ?).
Then I came back to the iphone and logged in with email and new password but I received the same message “Incorrect email or password. Try again”.
@Gianca oh, that’s explains everything. In DB we have your "@gmail.com" not “tiscali”. (I erased some part to not make it public). So either create new one either use those one that is “gmail.com”.
