I want to be sure I am understanding how Sharing via a sub organization works at the present time. I have searched the forum and either do not understand the few posts that I find or did not find what I am looking for.
Let’s start with, I have the PRO plan I have an organization and a sub organization set up already. The product that I am developing will only be used by the end user for a short amount of time. Then they will return the product to me and another end user can use the same product in the future.
As I understand it, I would have to send the end user an invite email and provide them with the QR code to scan. I also would have to give VIEW DEVICES, PROVISION NEW DEVICES and CONTROL DEVICES under the DEVICES/OWNED DEVICES tab. When the end user returns the device, I would then click on the ACTIONS icon in My Devices tab of the Sub Organization and then choose “Clear Device Owner”. Then when the next person comes along, I would repeat the whole process all over again.
Please correct me where I am mistaken.
