Hello, please help me with a problem, my members in my organization cannot see my devices and cannot share these projects.
I have the MAKER plan, I’m an admin and 2 users, I don’t understand why I can’t share the project with the 2 users and more recently, one user’s account was suspended.
Please explain to me how this can be done.

As far as I remember, the Maker plan requires you to transfer ownership of the device to a user so that they can see/control it. As the account owner, you’ll still have access to the device too, but I don’t think there’s a way for a 3rd user to grave access to the same device.
