What’s the difference between server-0.18.x.jar and server-0.18.x-SNAPSHOT.jar?
What it mean for “SNAPSHOT”?

I believe the snapshot is a temporary build of the server until the next official release. I can’t see the date assigned to 0.18.3 SNAPSHOT but the included files are from last night so it should include the webhooks fix for you to try (at your risk).
