Server disconnection when using another mqtt connection

I’d suggest that you just use MQTT via Node-Red (or MQTT direct to the Blynk server) and don’t run any Blynk code on your device at all.

I thought I’d start a topic about some of the home automation things I’m doing with Blynk. We live in London, England, and also have a holiday home in Spain where we spend around 4 months of the year.
