Sensor data are showing on mobile app but not on the web dashboard how i am able to solve this issue
If you are on the template view, the value will not be visible there.
You need to go to the device’s dashboard in order to get the real time data.
Click on the magnifier icon 
on the left bar, choose the device that you want. Then click on dashboard tab. You will see the widget that you created and real time values there.
