Says user exists when it does not

Tried to add a new user but get the message:
"You are trying to add an existing account to

your organization.

Currently, only new accounts can be added. Please use a different email address for this user. Alternatively, you can ask the user to delete their existing account and then you will be able to invite them again."

But the user does not exist and does not show up on the user list in console. Also a bit confused as to why it says accounts instead of user, am I missing something?

Hi @rodBkk,

This means that an account is registered in our system for this email. The user probably registered his own account. Or became an invited user in another organization.
