Role "user": There are no templates assigned to your organization

Hello …

I’m in the maker plan (and one of the winner of last year’s contest)

I have 2 templates (one device each).
I’ve created an additional user (role = “user”)
When accessing Blynk.cloud with this user’s credential, I get :

There are no templates assigned to your organization. Contact Clients for details

I was expecting to see the web interface

Not sure where to go from there. Any help ?

Did you send an invite from your organisation to the new user’s email address, and did they accept this invite?

For a user to be able to see/control a device you need to transfer ownership of that device to them. Have you done this?
