Hi. I have an app controlling several virtual pins. It works perfectly on my old phone running Android 5.1.1
I bought a new phone running Android 6.0.1, and on the new phone the app barely responses. Most times it does not response, sometimes it does. Sometimes the phone shows messages like “connection timed out” or “could not connect to server”, but most times it does not show theese messages. The app still works flawlessly on my old phone. The phones are on the same wifi. Any ideas what could be the issue?
I changed WiFi from 5ghz to 2.4ghz on the new phone, and it seems to work now. Probably a problem with my router then.
hm, if the problems will occur again, write some message to me - i’ll provide you with some logging/test build to verify what could goes wrong.
