Reset password loop

Hello,

Need help encountering reset password loop at https://blynk.io/

We were in class for IOT. Everyone login to Blynk.io via class wifi network.

Later, the web forced everyone logout and we no longer be able to login again.

We were asked to reset password and stuck in the loop.

I tested login with mobile hotspot and be able to access again.

Any suggestion we could be able to login again?

please advise. everyone is very frustrated

@dd168.kan Logically, the students used one IP address. As far as I remember. We have a logic of 25 login attempts with invalid data. Then need to wait 10 minutes.
There is also logic for recovering passwords from one IP.

I would recommend everyone to use mobile Internet. When a group enters from one IP, it can affect everyone.
