Hello Blynker Support,
I’m using a Free organization that I created several years ago, and I think it may have legacy limits. My current quotas look different from the standard Free plan:
Devices: 2 of 2
Users: 1 of 5
Templates: 3 of 3
When I try to add a new device, I get the message:
“Add more devices to your organization. Available on higher plans.”
Could you please check whether my organization can be migrated to the current Free plan limits, or explain why my account has these older limits?
