I would like to request a payment receipt for the recent purchase made through your platform.

Looks like you have Android subscription.
I guess you have 2 receipts:

  1. From your Bank acc.
  2. From your Google Play acc.

In this case we do not provide receipts.

If you are using Android and have subscribed via Play Store: open your Gmail account and search for Play Store receipts it sent you (sender: googleplay-noreply@google.com)
