Reading the second(s) From Time Input widget?

I have a simple ( I think ) question.
Using the Time Input widger we can take the widget values to our sketch. That is fine but I can not find how can put in the widget (and take in the sketch) the seconds. As far as I understood only hour, minute can be specified…
Am I wrong???

Seconds are always 0. So we don’t provide them. Do you need it?
