Raspberry Pi server.properties file

Need Help With My Project

I am looking to set my table.rows.pool.size which I understand that needs to be configured in the ‘server.properties’ file. I have a local server on a Raspberry Pi 3, but I cannot seem to find the properties file. Any help here?

Also, is there a way to have rows added to the top of the table instead of the bottom?
