Raspberry Pi client disconnects after 20 seconds

OK, it seems you are using some of the original WiringPi based Blynk libraries… well, based on the date in the headers that is.

I do not know much about the WiringPi option… I changed course long ago toward the Node.js method as it seems a more common language for RPi.

So basicly, I haven’t a clue what could be the issue… but I can point you to a few more recent topics using the WiringPi method… perhaps you just need to update whatever needs updating? Perhaps the Blynk Library or even the version of WiringPi?

Using C++ on a Raspberry Pi with Blynk

This post is in response to recent posts regarding Blynk and Raspberry Pi’s. Most of the example sketches you will see are written for Arduino’s and ESP’s. If you have “javascript” skills there’s a small selection of scripts that can be used with nodejs on the Pi. However there are some Blynkers that are much more familiar with C++ than they are with JS.
