QR code with iOS

I have the same problem.

What do you mean “it is not supported by IOS” when the installation instructions mentions IOS? See below.

Hey,

I've made Lepu123 app. You are welcome to try it out!

 To start using it:
 1. Download Blynk App: http://j.mp/blynk_Android or http://j.mp/blynk_iOS
 2. Touch the QR icon and point the camera to the code below or open the link below - http://tinyurl.com/yd5ylz72
 3. Enjoy my app!

I moved your question out of that old topic into a current one.

Apple dictates Apple… I suspect that the QR issue, if not yet resolved (did you try?), is in limbo due to them, not necessarily Blynk. Developers will need to confirm this… @Eugene ?

As for what appears to be some unidentified 3rd parties “invalid?” instructions… you have not clarified where you are seeing this message… Was this from the App? What version App? Are you cloning or sharing? Please, more details, less “same problem:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Opening a QR link via web browser is not supported on iOS devices. You should actually scan a QR from Blynk app.
We’ll fix those instructions.

I’m sharing app from Blynk 2.20.3.
When I open the given link (http://tinyurl.com/yd5ylz72) in Safari, it says the address is invalid.

So can I use Blynk app in IOS or not? How?

@tipo1000 please use QR for now instead of links.
