Hello all i not be able to get push notification when blynk app is off or sleep. Only received when app is running in screen. I check all settings allow permission to run background app but still unable to get notify during screen off frowning please help
When you send emails do you put everything in the Subject box and leave the email Body empty?
I’ve edited your post to shorten your title and put the rest in the body of the message.
It would have been helpful if you’d included the platform you’re using for the app, and its version, and whether you are using the cloud or a local server.

Yes notification show when only blynk app on. Otherwise no notification show…
Working correctly
leave the app in run mode (not edit mode)
This sets the run mode on the server not the mobile device.
The app does not have to be visible or actually running on the mobile device.
