hello
i have a plus plan. i want to upgrade it to pro plan using IT PROFESSIONAL promo code. i cannot see any enter promo code section.

Hi @electrosurfer,

The correct promo code is - “IT30”
You need to go to the billing page - click update plan - select the desired plan - click continue - and then you will have the opportunity to enter the code.

i dont know why it translates sorry about it. same as your last ss except promo code

Can you please try upgrading once again - the field for promo code should be available now. If it’s still not available - please DM me with your Blynk account email.
