I didn’t find what’s the use of this new option… ?

It tells you when your Smartphone opens and closes the Blynk app.

Hi @Costas ,
How do you get the ‘app connected’ status on your device?
couldn’t find documentation for this.
i would like to control a device through a sensor, unless the app is connected - and then the wifget overrides the sensor.
is this possible?

I think it is a new feature that is still getting tested? No mention of it in Docs yet, that I can find.

It works fine. But requires the latest lib from the github master.
