Problems With Local Blynk Server

I newly installed Local Blynk Server on my Windows 10 x64 bit.
When I run the server, I used the 0.41.13.jar version. But when I run it, it shows that 0.41.14 Snapshot successfully started.
How to overcome this issue?

What issue? The devs often update the code internals as referenced in the version number and the word SNAPSHOT

So it is normal with it upgrading to newer version or using a new snapshot??
